Extension of extraordinary measures for the labor market dealing with the COVID-19 crisis
Decision 16135/499/23.4.2020 extends a number of extraordinary measures regulating aspects of the labor market in order to deal with the COVID-19 crisis. Measures extended include working remotely and also the application of the Special Purpose Leave. In addition, the suspension of the employer's obligation to register in the ERGANI Information System any change or modification of the working hours or work schedule of employees is also extended.
